Reserving and renewing items

Renewing an item couldn't be easier you can:

• phone our automated renewal service on 0115 929 3388

Reserving

If an item is out on loan or at another branch don't worry we can reserve a copy for you.

Place a reservation online at library.brent.gov.uk or at a library and have it sent to the branch of your choice. As from 1st May 2012, there is no a charge for this service:

• Adults - free
• Senior Citizens - free
• Children (up to 18) - free

If the book is not available on the library catalogue we can usually get it for you from elsewhere. There is a charge of £1.65 per book for this service. Contact us to place a request.

Request photocopies from serials and periodicals

Because of copyright restrictions we cannot request a photocopy of more than one article from the same volume. We can sometimes request the whole volume for you to view.
