Self Help
Our One Stop Local Offices now have self service computers with touch screens for customers to access information and council services online. We also have freephones which can be used to contact our customer enquiry lines or other council departments. Examples of enquiries that can be made using self help facilites are:
- make online payments
- download forms
- make enquiries or complaints.
Help is available should you need assistance in using the facilities please ask at the One Stop Local Office receptions.
Self service is available at the following locations:
- Brent Town Hall One Stop Local Office
- Brent House One Stop Local Office
- Willesden One Stop Local Office
