A wide range of free activities are available for older people in the borough, from health walks in Brent's glorious parks and open spaces to free swimming - there is an activity for all the over 50s living and working in Brent.
Over 50's activities such as light exercise, dancing and 'watercise' are available in leisure centres. Some classes are run for ladies only.

Pensioners will need a Freedom Pass to swim for free in our leisure centres. Discounts are also available to residents who hold a B.Active leisure card.
