Locata scheme choice based lettings

We have joined forces with other London boroughs and housing associations to help people to move or find a new home. Instead of us deciding where you live we let you make the choice.

A central letting agency known as Locata has been set up to advertise and match people to homes. 

Locata HOME is available from the Locata website. Once you have your copy of Locata HOME you will be able to bid for a maximum of three properties in each edition.

How to apply

You need to complete an online application form by going to www.locata.org.uk/onlineform.

If you have been accepted on our housing register you will become part of Locata and you will be able to bid for available properties through the Locata scheme.

We will write to you to give you a Locata Identification Number (LIN number) and will tell you which band (A, B, C or D) you have been placed in and your priority date.
