Alperton regeneration

We have identified a neglected part of land adjoining the canal in Alperton as an area suitable for regeneration.  

As well as providing 1,600 new homes, we believe that there is an opportunity to substantially renew and improve existing business and employment opportunities.

We want to see Alperton transformed into a place where people choose to live, work and invest and we want you to be involved.  

A document, called the Alperton Masterplan 2010 Supplementary Planning Document, has been prepared to describe how Alperton could be transformed over the next ten years.

This document was adopted in July 2011 following public consultation which took place from January to March 2011. 

The purpose of the masterplan is to provide clear guidance for developers, land owners, residents and local businesses about the changes which are being proposed.
