Nuisance vehicle removal service

We investigate reports of abandoned vehicles, remove abandoned vehicles and collect unwanted vehicles free of charge from your home. Abandoned vehicles can attract crime and be a danger to the community if they are burned out.

We will:

• inspect all reported vehicles within 48 hours of receiving a complaint, with over 85 per cent of vehicles inspected within 24 hours
• remove abandoned vehicles within 24 hours of the end of the official notice period (which may be 24 hours, seven days or 15 days depending on the type of offence)
• collect unwanted vehicles free of charge from your home provided that you have proof of ownership.

• contacting us to arrange a collection for your unwanted vehicle 
• calling us on 020 8937 5050 to report an abandoned vehicle but before reporting, please check online whether the vehicle has already been reported. You can also do a street search for recently reported vehicles.
• letting us know the exact location of the vehicle, such as outside number 6, High Road, Wembley
• letting us know the colour, make and model of the vehicle such as 'red Ford Escort'
• giving us the registration number of the vehicle
• telling us the length of time you believe the vehicle has been abandoned at the location.
  
  Please note we do not remove untaxed vehicles.
